ABOUT
Mark Hadley is an American composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose work lives at the intersection of the synthetic and the organic, evoking mystery, wonder, and awe through a mix of electronic and analog elements. His film scores (and solo work, released under the moniker Hark Madley,) run the gamut from textured ambient soundscapes to industrial minimalism, often dealing with cataclysm and the threatening realities of modern life, all while retaining an eternal optimism rooted in deep compassion and empathy.
Hadley has composed and licensed original music for brands including Apple, Netflix, Showtime, The National Guard, Paramount, Sony, Hulu, Amazon, A24, the NBA, Lexus, and more.
Film scoring credits include The Money Game (2024), Rise And Shine (2025), Canvas (2024), Linoleum (2023), and Into The Dark: My Valentine (2020). For a full list of credits, please visit iMDb.
In 2020, Hadley launched his own boutique commercial music library called Repository, through which he creates custom scores and licenses original music for trailers and advertisements.
